During the practice of Anapasata meditation and the duration of the retreat, all activities (Tea Ceremony, Dharma Talks, Meals, Walking meditation, Observation of Silence, Yoga & Tai Chi) rein-enforced the awareness of Oneness with All that is and interconnectedness with All Beings (animate and inanimate).
embrace the dance of joy in transformation while floating in a tranquil
state of being, where the world of duality is non-existent. The realization
of the fact that through our thoughts we create our world and All suffering
is a result of attachment to the world of form. Once more life is like
crossing a river, in order not to drown and float during crossing the of a
river to the other shore we need to empty our bags so that we travel light.
The Seven Day meditation contributed enormously in further spiritual
cleansing and purification my being was already engaged in for some period.
It brought a sense of joy, tears and awe as it reminded me to let go (wu-wei
-non action) in order to embrace the awakened state of being. The deeper
inner reflections that occurred in that mindful state of being, shed
spiritual insight in understanding the law of karma and chaos, acceptance of
the earthly lessons rooted in intuitive knowing that the Greatest
Enlightment lies in Greatest Catastrophies and Greatest difficulties! To
honour every Drama and Lessons in our lives for they serve a Higher Purpose.
I am grateful and deeply humbled to be given this opportunity to partake in
this sacred journey of Self-realization and Enlightment during this crucial
phase in the history of humanity when there is a heighten sense of spiritual
awakening. This sacred opportunity entered my life during a phase of deep
inner reflections. It has awakened within the Truth that: We are of Light, a
formless vibrational energy radiating an Eternal Flame of Love that is
Boundless and Endless. We are born of emptiness, the essence of our True
Being is rooted in emptiness, we All return to that state of emptiness when
we form dissolve!
